Stephanie, all I did was to hit the “Upload attachment” tab at the bottom of the post screen. There where it says “Filename:” you can click the “browse” button to look for the picture in your computer files; then click “Add the file”. I resize my pictures before I save them and then give those a unique name so I will know which ones to use for the forum. This has been the way I have had to load pictures on other forums. I only started using Photobucket when I became a member at ES. You can still do Photobucket IMG codes as well.

I was thinking that maybe the file was too large. We have a problem with really huge photos in the gallery too. It just plain doesn’t work. Think it has more to do with timing out then anything. A server host thing. The last photo I attached I just clicked the open button and didn’t click the upload file and it worked. Don’t know why that is. This forum is as new to me as it is to all of you too. Just keep clicking around we’ll get it figured out, eventually, I hope.

Sure you can.
Just click on the code from the IMG code option, and paste it to the board.

The first one I tried was like your Lainey. I resized it and it was just perfect. Well, IMOP it was perfect. I have corel so I can make thumbnails, if you don’t have that use a free resizing program.

If you have XP I think microsoft image resizer program is pretty trick. Here’s the link.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
To use it all you have to do is right click on the picture. Choose resize pictures, choose your size, click ok. It’ll reserve your original photo and make you another one with the name (small) or whichever size you choose. You can still use photobucket if you want.
Everyone currently gets 50mbs of upload attachment space on the forum.
