Yes I do , but that is only for the first one to keep them on grain. after you make the first tuck, the pulled thread will never show (use it for a guide and sew over it). The second tuck and those that follow will be spaced by the foot you use, either riding a former tuck or line it up next to the last tuck. For other spacing, the needle can be moved tool.
