Looks like a fitted top but at the arm part it it barely curved or not at all and but straight up as far as you want and allow for a turn under. The pants are shorts with the middle piece cut maybe 1 and 1/4th more around…the bottom tier is just sewed on and allowed to fray. The ruffles in the side seam jeans reminds me of the 60’s or 70’s, the hippy time. All things make a circle it seams. Betty_________________
