I have used it in sleeves instead of regular elastic, just stretch it and sew or zig zag it to the fabric. Read a tip to use it to gather skirts then sew them to the bodice. Never tried that one. The clear elastic does feel soft against little one’s arms and legs, BUT it also gets brittle over time and loses it’s stretch. This is like “years”, I wouldn’t use it on anything I wanted to hand down to the next child. Maybe it has improved since I tried it when it was new on the market here……years ago.
