With the preparation done, its time to think about what design you will be using. Coloring books are a great place to find designs they have simple lines and are usually large. Once you have settled on a design, study it, what pieces will be behind the main figure? which ones will be on top? Example: The pumpkin I chose to do has a stem, that will need to be put on first, then the main body of the pumpkin, then the features of the face.
