Here is the recipe…I got it from allrecipes.com (my favorite recipe site!)

I added the potatoes (you have to have potatoes in stew!!), greenbeans (FRESH!! don’t cheat and use can!) and frozen SWEET corn (gives a sweet accent to go with the tangy!) I didn’t put it in the crock pot, but on the stove on low for a few hours. I use all fresh veggies…except the corn…its frozen. Beef Stew II INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds cubed beef stew meat 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons margarine 1 onion, chopped 3 carrots, sliced 3 stalks celery, sliced 3 – 4 potatoes peeled and cubed green beans, fresh cut in 1/2 in. pieces sweet corn 1/2 – 1 cup (add at the very end!)

1 clove garlic, minced (Or more )
